Jennifer Halim is the Country Manager for Dezan Shira & Associates in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. She leads the firm’s operations and serves as the primary liaison for strategic partners—including government agencies, embassies, and foreign chambers of commerce.

With deep expertise in strategic advisory, she assists international companies in navigating Indonesia’s complex regulatory environment, from market entry and corporate structuring to day-to-day operational compliance. Jennifer leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering cohesive, end-to-end solutions across legal, tax, human resources, and corporate advisory functions, with a sectoral focus that includes—but is not limited to—supply chain, professional services, digital technology, healthcare, e-commerce, and manufacturing.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer practiced as a corporate lawyer at leading law firms in Jakarta, advising clients on corporate law and foreign direct investment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and is a licensed advocate under the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, Jennifer is skilled at bridging cultural and business practices between international stakeholders and the local market.
